Guarantees


Nathalie Edenburg guarantees the authenticity of the 750 content in gold, and 925 of the silver used in the making of her pieces, as well as the quality of the gems. All pieces have a 1-year warranty for defects not caused by third parties, the warranty will not be accepted in case of improper use which includes, drop, crash, contact with chemicals, misuse or oxidation.


Shipping and Delivery


For national shipments we use Sedex, PAC or Loggi if it is within the city of São Paulo. We ship the order within 1-4 business days. When the order is ready we will send an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery time. It usually takes 2 to 5 business days after shipping or the same day to São Paulo city. Nathalie Edenburg ships worldwide. We work with Correios, Fedex or DHL Express depending on the destination. We ship your order within 3-5 business days. When your order is ready, we will send you an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery time. The delivery time depends on the destination. It usually takes 8 to 12 business days after shipping. 


Payment Methods


Payments can be made within our website through PayPal or through a payment link for sales via WhatsApp. In both you will have security and privacy to make your purchases in addition to different payment options, such as: Debit, Cash Credit. If you are not comfortable with payment through PayPal, please write to us at contatc@nathalieedenburg.com and we will contact you to find another way to serve you.

Returns & Exchanges


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the reason why you're returning.

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
